Step by step
- 1Kneel on one knee with the other foot planted in front of you.
- 2Keep your torso upright and tuck your pelvis slightly.
- 3Shift your weight forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your hip.
- 4Hold the stretch, then switch sides.
