Step by step

  1. 1Kneel on one knee with the other foot planted in front of you.
  2. 2Keep your torso upright and tuck your pelvis slightly.
  3. 3Shift your weight forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your hip.
  4. 4Hold the stretch, then switch sides.
