Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using VitalNova AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

VitalNova AI provides AI-generated diet plans, workout plans, health coaching, health calculators, and progress tracking tools for general wellness purposes. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice — see our Medical Disclaimer for details.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@vitalnova.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

VitalNova AI offers a free Starter plan and paid Transform / Elite subscription plans, billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Razorpay) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your Profile page; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, or to our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI features to build a competing product.
• Upload harmful code or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Diet plans, workout plans, chat responses, and insights are generated by an AI model based on the information you provide. They are general wellness suggestions, may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment — and consulting a qualified professional — before acting on AI-generated content, particularly if you have a medical condition.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original content (excluding content you submit), is owned by VitalNova AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal data and logs you submit; you grant us a limited license to use that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Google Gemini for AI generation, Razorpay for payments, and Google for optional sign-in). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the respective third party's own terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users, with notice where reasonably practicable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate for your specific circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalNova AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any health outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India — subject to review and confirmation by qualified legal counsel for your specific operating entity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
