Step by step
- 1Kneel below a high cable pulley holding a rope attachment at your head.
- 2Keeping your hips still, crunch your torso down toward your knees.
- 3Squeeze your abs hard at the bottom of the movement.
- 4Slowly return to the starting position.

Exhale as you crunch down, inhale as you return.

- • Using the hips or arms to pull down instead of the abs
